From an early age, she discovered her interest in the magical world of cooking when she spent time in the kitchen with her mother. The time she spent in the kitchen with her mother further fuelled her passion for the kitchen. When she started working in small restaurants in Denizli before university, every day in the kitchen increased her curiosity and passion. Finally, she enrolled in Afyon Kocatepe University Department of Cookery and continued her practical studies at the same time.
In Bozcaada, where she went for her first internship experience, she met the local products offered by the region and discovered her interest in seafood. She had the opportunity to work at Gia Restaurant in Urla, where she wanted to go for a long time to increase her experience. After working as Sous Chef in the Gia kitchen for 6 months, he was appointed as Chef de Cuisine, which was an indicator of his success in his culinary career. Gia, with its young and dynamic team, takes full advantage of Urla’s marvellous product diversity and enjoys welcoming guests every day. This passion and excitement enables them to offer their guests an unforgettable experience.
